Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.

• Contributions to “Goldup for Congress” are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
  
• Contributions are limited to $2,300 per individual and $4,600 per couple per election. The primary and general elections are separate elections, so individuals may give a total of $4,600 for both elections, while couples may give a total of $9,200.

By continuing, you affirm that:

• This contribution is made from your own funds, and not those of another.
  
• This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.
  
• You are not a federal government contractor.
  
• You are not a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States.
